Junko

Lavishing God CD is Junko's 10th studio album and a return to her roots, not only back to grownup music after her last four kids' albums but also to her mother tongue, Japanese. This is a bilingual hymns album like no other. Partnering again with producer John Andrew Schreiner, this simple arrangement mostly of keys, bass by Norm Stockton, and percussion by Austin Elrod, is sure to give you a taste of heaven as you listen to Junko's soaring vocals which has grown in depth and tone through her 25 years of music ministry.

The title track, "Lavishing God," was recently named Top 25 finalist for Great American Song Contest 2017.  It also won Honorable Mention (with special recognition) in the 2017 SongDoor International Songwriting Competition.
